These are the days of quiet. The rainy days when we gaze out the window and hope for sunshine. When the snow flies, and is gone by sunset. Impatiently waiting for springtime, we watch green begin to emerge from the earth. Life is dull, and we'll all dreaming of warm days. Life goes slowly, rain falls frequently, and our eyes are meeting the window with hope for sunshine. It's the bridge between winter and springtime. It's February and time is moving slow. These are the February days.

We have had a lot of rain in our part of the world (Queensland, Australia), but no snow, and this afternoon we had a glorious sunshine! It was really beautiful.
